1. Agreement to these terms
These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of latidocare.com (the "Site"). The Site is operated by Border Marketing Group LLC, a California limited liability company, operating under the brand Latido Care Navigation ("Latido," "we," "us," "our").
By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
2. Latido is not a healthcare provider
Latido does not provide medical services. We are not a hospital, clinic, medical practice, physician group, or licensed healthcare provider of any kind. We do not practice medicine, diagnose conditions, prescribe or administer treatment, or make any clinical decision about your care.
All medical care described on this Site is provided by independent, licensed physicians and facilities in Mexico. Those physicians and facilities are solely responsible for their own clinical judgment, the care they render, their credentials and licensure, and the outcomes of treatment. They are not our employees, agents, or partners, and we do not supervise or control their clinical work.
Latido's role is limited to non-clinical coordination: providing information, helping you connect with a provider, arranging appointments and logistics, transferring records at your direction, providing bilingual administrative support, and administering payment on a provider's behalf where authorized.
3. No medical advice
Nothing on this Site is medical advice. The content here is general information about care coordination. It is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and you should not rely on it in deciding what care to seek or avoid.
Always ask a qualified physician about any question you have regarding a medical condition. Never disregard professional medical advice, or delay seeking it, because of something you read on this Site.
If you think you may have a medical emergency, call 911 or your local emergency number immediately. Do not contact Latido for emergency medical needs. We are not an emergency service, we do not monitor communications around the clock, and we cannot provide emergency assistance.
4. No physician-patient relationship
Using this Site, contacting us, or receiving information from us does not create a physician-patient relationship between you and Latido, or between you and any physician, until you have been formally accepted as a patient by a treating practice under its own terms.
5. No endorsement of providers
Latido markets and coordinates access to independent provider organizations. We do not select your physician, anaesthesiologist, or facility — the treating practice makes those patient-specific decisions. Any description of a provider on this Site is informational and is not a clinical endorsement, a warranty of competence or quality, or a guarantee that a given provider will accept or be appropriate for your case.
6. No guarantee of results
We do not guarantee any medical outcome. Medicine carries inherent risk, and results vary between patients. Nothing on this Site is a promise, warranty, or guarantee of a particular result, recovery, or level of improvement.
7. Pricing information is an estimate
Any price, cost range, or figure shown on this Site or provided in an enquiry is a good-faith estimate, not a binding quote. Actual cost depends on clinical findings, the treatment plan the treating practice determines, the facility, length of stay, complications, and other factors outside our control. Binding pricing is provided only in a written quote issued for your specific case, and remains subject to the terms of that quote.
8. These Terms do not govern the Services
These Terms cover your use of the Site only. If you engage Latido's coordination services, that relationship is governed by the separate written agreement you sign with Border Marketing Group LLC — including the Client Acknowledgement and Release and any quote or invoice issued for your case.
If anything in these Terms conflicts with a signed agreement between you and Border Marketing Group LLC, the signed agreement controls. Nothing on this page adds to, reduces, or replaces the rights and obligations in that agreement.
9. Communications
If you contact us by email, telephone, WhatsApp, text message, or through the Site, you agree that we may respond through the same or another channel you have given us. Our handling of your information is described in our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
Please do not send us confidential health information through the Site's general contact channels until we have agreed a secure method with you. Email and messaging apps are not fully secure.
10. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Site to: violate any law; impersonate another person; upload malicious code; attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site or its systems; scrape, harvest, or automatically collect content or contact information; or interfere with the Site's operation or security.
11. Intellectual property
The Site and its content — text, graphics, layout, logos, and the names "Latido" and "Latido Care Navigation" — are owned by Border Marketing Group LLC or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property law. You may view and print pages for your own personal, non-commercial use. You may not otherwise copy, reproduce, republish, or distribute the content without our written permission.
12. Third-party links
The Site may link to third-party websites. We do not control them, do not endorse them, and are not responsible for their content, products, services, or privacy practices. Visiting them is at your own risk.
13. Disclaimer of warranties
The Site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranty of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and any warranty as to accuracy, completeness, currency, availability, or freedom from error or interruption.
14. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Border Marketing Group LLC and its members, managers, officers, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or relating to your use of the Site, whether based in contract, tort, statute, or otherwise, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or relating to your use of the Site will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars (US$100).
This section limits liability arising from use of the Site only. It does not apply to, and does not limit, any obligation of Latido under a signed services agreement, which is governed by that agreement. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or gross negligence.
15. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Border Marketing Group LLC and its members, managers, officers, employees, and agents from any claim, loss, liability, or expense (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your misuse of the Site or your breach of these Terms.
16. Governing law and venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in San Diego County, California, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.
17. Severability and waiver
If any provision of these Terms is held unenforceable, that provision will be limited or severed to the minimum extent necessary and the remaining provisions will stay in full force. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of it.
18. Changes to these Terms
We may revise these Terms at any time by posting an updated version on this page and changing the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the revised Terms.
